Trying to find your way through the maze of cell phone manufacturers and carriers is often a confusing process. Not only do you have to choose the phone that will suit your needs, you also need to decide on which contract that you want based on your phone’s features and your needs. Then there are the bonus offers like free phones, free merchandise or cash back. How does one go about finding the perfect cell phone and cell phone plan? Should you sign a contract or pay as you go?

Most cell phone carriers will offer contracts of 12 to 18 months. Often times a free phone is included in the price of the contract, along with a certain amount of minutes or texts. There are monthly line charges and surcharges. If you choose a phone that has internet access, that can either be included in the monthly line rental or you might have to pay extra.

Phones today are getting more and more technologically advanced. There are video phones that utilize Skype, phones that can record and edit video, phones that you can watch television or movies on – the list goes on and on. If you want to check your email or make dinner reservations at the press of a button, there are phones that do that. There are phones that are MP3 players and phones with designer cameras built in.

If you’re the type of person that wants a cell phone but doesn’t want to sign a contract, then looking into a pay as you go system may be a good option. Sometimes these are the best choice for people that may not have a lot of extra money to spend on a cell phone, but still need one just in case. There are many less expensive cell phones that are perfect for a pay as you go plan, but there are also plenty of high end phones as well. Just be aware of the fact that the more features the phone has, the higher price tag it will have.

Many pay as you go plans offer pre-payment options. With this option, you buy your minutes (or texts) and use them until you run out. Then you load up again. There are no credit checks and you don’t even have to be 18. If you have the money to buy the cell phone and pay for the minutes or texts, then you are able to get the phone. It is completely anonymous and no credit check or credit card is needed.

Doing your research and comparing your options is the best way to get the phone that you want at the price that you need. If you are going to use your phone to text, talk and be your alarm clock, MP3 player, TV and GPS, then you’re definitely going to want to get the best price. Signing a contract can often guarantee that, as opposed to going with a pay as you go plan. The right phone at the right price for you is out there, so just go find it!

dog gifts

From time to time, every pup needs to hitch a ride. If you’re tired at the end of a long day and you only have two legs, then imagine how your pup feels with four legs.

As a responsible pet parent you also assume the role of pet taxi or pet chauffeur. Admit it! We’ve all seen you (or someone like you) with their dog perched up on pillows in granny cart or stuffed in a purse with two pointy ears sticking out. And, let’s face it, there are many more stylish and much more comfortable ways for your pooch to hitch a ride.

Consider a sling, for instance. Fashionable and designed with your dog (and your) comfort and safety in mind, slings are a great way to carry a little pooch. They are also great for giving a lift to a handicapped dog. Most slings have adjustable shoulder straps, a zipper pocket, and safety latch hooks for harnesses. Some come with extra features, like a private pocket for keys and your own necessities and a cell phone nook.

If your dog is too big for a sling, you may want to consider a pet carrier, dog tote, or dog bag. These pet bags come in various fabrics, colors, and styles. There are low-end bags for daily use and high-end designer bags too. Each bag has different measurements and attributions. Make sure if you plan to use your bag for travel that it meets your airlines travel regulations and carry-on dimensions.

Some pups get rolled around in a pet stroller. Pet strollers or pet backpacks are a lighter way to lug around your pup – it’s also more freeing for your dog as he has more room to move around while you’re moving around. Pet strollers are especially handy for those times you want to attend outdoor events and you know your dog will get tired or hot but you want him along for the day.

There are various pet strollers that fold flat for easy storage. Many pet strollers have a storage pouch for food and water and any other pet item you may not necessarily want to carry but should have on-hand. Try to choose a pet stroller with large wheels, as they tend to be more stable and easier to maneuver. Most pet strollers can hold a dog up to 150-pounds. Hey, with a little luck you can convince your dog to give you a whirl!

Comprehensive chauffeur insurance provides the protection for your vehicles, which are your most important investment if you own a chauffeur service. With the large number of insurance companies out there, it a good idea to do some research before deciding on a company. Since it is very easy to get an online quote to compare prices, this is a good way to see what is out there as far as coverage and prices. What other things should you look for as far as coverage?

The vehicles driven by most chauffeurs are very highly priced and have to be kept in immaculate condition. So one of the foremost considerations is making sure that your vehicle is actually covered by the insurance policies offered by the companies you are looking into. Comprehensive chauffeur insurance almost always includes breakdown insurance, which is very important. Breakdowns are inevitable and the wise chauffeur is prepared for this event. Breakdown coverage for most policies includes coming to where the vehicle is garaged and providing immediate repair if it is only a minor repair and providing a replacement vehicle if major repairs are required. Legal expenses are another big concern, especially in at-fault accidents. Comprehensive coverage makes sure that all legal expenses are covered. Public liability coverage makes sure that medical and legal expenses are covered in the event that a member of the public is injured by one of your vehicles or on your premises. Carefully researching companies before choosing your comprehensive insurance policy will ensure that you choose the coverage that is right for your chauffeur service.

Attractions and excursions are the perfect diversion from monotony! Whether you’re looking for an exciting day out, a trip of a lifetime or just a break from the norm; booking yourself a lively attraction or on to an interesting excursion can definitely help recharge your batteries.

Studies unsurprisingly show that boredom and repetitive behaviour are generally considered to be negative factors that can have adverse effects on morale, performance, and the quality of work. Even when we’re away on holiday we can find ourselves a little bored by lazing by the pool every single day, so we sign ourselves up for organised tours, trips to the Waterpark, rides at the Theme Parks, museums and sporting days out.

Excursions can help us inject some vigour back into our well-earned break by taking a day trip out to explore the local history, culture and heritage of our chosen destinations. Some holidays would actually be criminal without an excursion; think China without the Great Wall, Rome minus the Coliseum, Bangkok short the Grand Palace, New York less Lady Liberty or dare I say it, Paris sans the Eiffel Tower? With such a vast range of different tours set up to cater for all different types of people, you’re bound to find trip that sets your imagination alight and your pulse racing.

Apart from carefully designed tours of the area, another common break from the pool is, well, the pool! Waterparks are a popular part of any family summer holiday with the promise of some slide-filled fun for all ages that is guaranteed to whet your appetite for adventure.

Theme parks can be a major part of a holiday, especially in destinations like Florida. With attractions such as Universal Studios and Disneyland providing endless distractions for both children and adults alike, this state’s main tourism is built around the promise of attractions, and it fully delivers. The UK also has a lot to offer with adrenalin-fuelled rides at a number of lively Theme Parks across the country.

Immerse yourself in history and culture with a day out at an art gallery, theatre or museum. Every major city will have a wealth of knowledge and entertainment in their local art houses that will welcome you in and share with you their heritage through artefacts, stories, paintings and music.

Sporting days out can prove to be just what the doctor ordered. Whether it’s indulging a hobby or getting tickets to the match; with thousands of packages and deals online, designed to make a day of it, you can easily book your dream outing.

Finally, let us not be entirely selfish; booking an attraction or excursion as a present for a loved one is an extremely personal and thoughtful gift… and of course, a great way to score points!
